Under this hosted buyer B2B Meeting program, qualified visiting buyers will be provided the following:
Complimentary Hotel Accommodation with breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Logistic Support including Airport Pickup and Drop.
FIEO will arrange pre-scheduled B2B meetings and provide specified meeting room.
Buyers are encouraged to initiate MOU/place orders and explore business opportunities.
To & Fro Airfare reimbursement is also offered subject to certain conditions.
50% of total to & Fro Airfare on economy class paid or 50% of the upper ceiling whichever is less will be reimbursed subject to signing MOU with at least one supplier matching the product requirements and submitting an undertaking that visiting buyer will provide periodical feedback on progress made on MOU till concluding business.
